The council regularly produces information on its services. It does this as part of its statutory responsibility to government and as its commitment to continually improve the quality of services for local people.
To achieve this, the council has regular inspections from external agencies, and carries out internal performance monitoring to set government standards. The result of these inspections are published on this website.
