Did you know that the Blue Badge Scheme is available to help severely disabled people whose mobility is permanently and substantially impaired by providing  parking concessions and a Freedom Pass for disabled people is provided by the council for Brent residents with a substantial and permanent disability and who meet the eligibility criteria.
