Sign video deaf service

We have a link with the Significant Sign Video Contact Centre for deaf customers who use British Sign Language (BSL). The SVCC enables staff and customers to link up with a BSL signer at a contact centre called Significant at any time during office hours. We can use their interpreting service to communicate with a deaf customer.

Access to the Sign Video contact centre can be made at the following locations:

Brent House Local Office

Opening hours - Monday to Friday 9am -5pm, closed every Thurs afternoon from 1pm-5pm

Opening hours - Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday 9am - 5pm and Wednesday 9am - 1pm
