Brent Housing Partnership look after the communal (shared) areas on housing estates.

The services we provide include estate cleaning, gardening and removal of graffiti and abondoned vehicles.

Our officers are responsible for monitoring the standards of cleaning and grounds maintenance. They also carry out health and safety inspections of playgrounds on estates.

There are two companies contracted to clean the communal areas on the housing estates in Brent: Connaught and Wettons. They are responsible for all internal and external cleaning as well as graffiti removal and bulk rubbish removal.

The grounds maintenance and gardening on the housing estates in Brent is currently provided by Brent Parks Service. The gardeners provide a range of duties from cutting the grass, keeping the estate weed free and trimming the hedges.
