If you are a resident moving into, out of, or around Brent, you can let us know through this online form.
The Change of Address notification form means you give your new address details once to the council rather than to each individual service you receive.
Each person over 18 who is moving is asked to fill in the online form. Information provided will not be used for any additional purposes without residents' consent.
You will be asked to supply information on both your old and new addresses, as well as indicating what services you currently receive from the council.
