We use SSL and encryption to ensure the confidentiality of your credit or debit card details. Our Secure Server Certificate can be verified by visiting the Entrust site.

By telephone
If you have a credit or debit card you can telephone the credit card hotline number 020 8937 1717. An automated service will take details for Council tax, Business rates or Housing rent. Please have your council bill and card ready when you call. You will hear a receipt reference number once your payment has been accepted.

To pay other service bills, telephone 020 8937 1777 during normal working hours. A cashier will ask for your details and read them back to you to ensure they are correct. A confirmation will be sent to you in the post as a record of the transaction.

To pay parking fines call 0845 712 5557.

Paypoint
Council tax, Housing rent and social services bills are printed with a 'barcode' which contains your reference number. You can pay these bills in cash at any retail outlet that displays the PayPoint logo. To find your nearest Paypoint outlet, enter your postcode in the PayPoint website.
