This post is on linked career grades. Appointment is made at the lower grade and progression is subject to progress and appraisal.


Brent's work around DV and violence against women is well established. The borough has a strong and active DV Forum, has developed a domestic violence advocacy project, set up a MARAC system and has established a specialist domestic violence court.


We are committed to continuing this work and to making the partnership's ambitions to tackle domestic violence, protect victims and bring perpetrators to justice, a reality.


You will have relevant experience of working in a similar area, with a  articular interest or experience in the field in question. You will also have experience of partnership working, project development and management and analytical and computer abilities.


In addition you must be able to communicate and work effectively with a wide range of people, including local community groups and partners who are passionate about both these issues.
