You will be joining us at an exciting time. The Performance and Information Team has a dynamic work programme which we need you to help us deliver.

 

Having experience and understanding of performance management and the importance it plays within the organisation is crucial to facilitate Service Improvement.

 

  • assist in developing, monitoring and improving the performance of the Housing and Community Care Department to ensure consistently high  standards of service.  
  • compiling benchmarking data, assisting in advising on performance targets and assessing outcomes across the Department.  
  • be able to use IT systems to a high standard - Word and Excel 
  • an understanding of the services provided by the Housing and Community Care Department is also essential.
