We are seeking to appoint a highly motivated individual looking to progress their career in management in an Adult and Community Learning Service within one of the most diverse boroughs in the country.


The postholder will be responsible for the strategic development of a range of curriculum areas across a number of sites located within the community, as well as taking cross-service responsibilities for leading on and embedding
major curriculum projects.


The postholder will be experienced in leading and managing individuals and teams and will show particular skills and experience in driving up quality within the curriculum.
