Data Protection Act 1998 - The information you provide on our enrolment form will be passed on to the Learning and Skills Council. The Learning and Skills Council is registered under the Data Protection Act 1998. The registration is primarily for the collection and analysis of statistical data. The Learning and Skills Council will collect and share this information with other organisations for the purpose of administration, careers and other guidance, statistical and research purpose.
