Pension appointment service

The pension service (part of the Department for Work & Pensions) runs an appointment service at Brent House One Stop Local Office, every Wednesday from 2.30pm to 4.30pm. Appointments can be booked at any One Stop Local Office or by phoning 020 8937 1200.

The pension team will provide general entitlement advice for pensioners and those approaching pensionable age.
