Modernising Homes

The major works team is responsible for implementing the government's Decent Homes programme.

This programme means all homes will be brought up to a decent standard with modern kitchens and bathrooms.

Brent Housing Partnership achieved the Decent Homes Standard for all our properties at the end of 2006, which was well ahead of the government's target of 2010.
